Return & Refund Policy
At theshopverse, we carefully quality-check our products before dispatch. As we are a new store, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please email us at harshhsinghall08@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
