At theshopverse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Situations
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged products
- Change-of-mind returns after 7 days
- Items without original packaging

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. COD handling charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping
For damaged/wrong item returns, we bear the shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns (where accepted), customer bears the cost.
