Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders with a nominal handling charge. Prepaid orders get ₹99 off using code PREPAID99.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your order in real time.

Failed Delivery / RTO
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
